Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the id098 website accessible at https://id098.pro, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or uses any of the services offered by id098.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform, used to access betting, gaming, and cashier services.
• "Wallet" means the IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) balance held within a Player's Account, funded by deposits and adjusted by wagers, winnings, and withdrawals.
• "Services" means the full suite of products offered by id098, including the Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slot games, In-Play Betting, and any other gaming or wagering facility made available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered to Players by id098, subject to specific wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which id098 confirms a Player's identity, age, and residency before processing withdrawal requests or at any point the Platform deems necessary.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal, an employee of id098 or any affiliated entity, or any individual who has been self-excluded from the Platform.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of id098, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or acts of war or civil unrest.

To register and maintain an account on id098, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. id098 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy and will request identity documents to verify age at any time.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Individuals who are legally incapacitated or acting under guardianship are not eligible to register.
• You must not be a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Services.
• You must not be a current or former employee of id098, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, software providers, or payment processing partners, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on id098. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a mobile phone number. This information must remain current at all times; you are responsible for updating your account details should any information change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. id098 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify id098 support immediately if you believe your account credentials have been compromised.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account is prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• id098 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per month, deducted from the Account balance. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

id098 supports deposits and withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via a range of local payment channels, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in IDR. id098 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own fees independently.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account Wallet in real time or within 60 seconds in the vast majority of cases. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within 15 minutes, contact our support team immediately with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed by id098 within an average of 5 minutes. The receiving bank or e-wallet may apply additional processing time. Withdrawals will only be sent to an account held in the same name as your registered id098 account; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• id098 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Withdrawals of amounts exceeding Rp 10.000.000 in a single transaction may be subject to enhanced due diligence review and may take additional time to process.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. This requirement exists to prevent the use of the Platform as a money transfer service.
• id098 is not responsible for funds lost in transit due to incorrect account details provided by the Player. Always double-check your withdrawal account number before confirming.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation, id098 reserves the right to freeze withdrawal processing pending investigation, without prior notice.

id098 offers a range of promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 match days, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and other Indonesian cultural occasions. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules below.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed the registration process and, where required, passed KYC verification.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements on id098 range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100% toward a wagering requirement; live casino games (baccarat, roulette) may contribute 10–20%; sportsbook bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 typically contribute 100%. • Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Bonuses are credited to the specific account for which the promotion was claimed.
• id098 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotional campaign is cancelled after a Player has already deposited to qualify, id098 will honour the bonus for that deposit or refund the deposit amount at the Player's discretion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing offsetting bets across accounts, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith — is strictly prohibited. id098 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
• Promotions tied to sporting events such as mix parlay (accumulator) bonuses or cashback on BRI Liga 1 bets are subject to the sportsbook betting rules in addition to the promotional terms.

All bets placed and games played on id098 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product — Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, and In-Play Betting. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with those product-specific rules before participating. The general principles below apply platform-wide:

• All bets are final once confirmed. id098 does not accept requests to cancel or amend wagers after they have been placed and accepted by the Platform.
• In the event of a clear pricing error (a manifestly incorrect odds display due to a technical fault), id098 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of settlement status. Affected Players will be notified and their stakes returned.
• Match results and game outcomes for settlement purposes are determined by the official governing body of the relevant sport or game. In the case of BRI Liga 1 and other Indonesian football competitions, the PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) determination is final.
• In-Play Betting markets may be temporarily suspended at any time due to significant match events, data feed interruptions, or risk management requirements. Bets placed during a suspension window may be voided.
• All slot games and live casino games on id098 use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by independent testing laboratories. id098 does not have the ability to alter the outcome of any certified game.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

id098 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. KYC verification may be triggered at account registration, at first withdrawal, when a Player's cumulative withdrawals exceed defined thresholds, or at any time id098 deems it necessary to verify identity.

Players requested to complete KYC verification must submit the following documents within 7 calendar days of the request:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued ID — Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or SIM (driving licence).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the past 3 months showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photo of the bank account, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or other payment method used to deposit, confirming the account is held in the same name as the registered id098 account.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. id098 reserves the right to close accounts and return deposits (minus any bonuses) if KYC requirements are not met. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with the id098 Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of intellectual property rights to the Player.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the id098 Platform without prior written consent.

Game content — including slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft, and live dealer content from Evolution Gaming — is licensed to id098 by the respective studios and remains the intellectual property of those studios. id098 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, id098 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to betting or gaming outcomes, including but not limited to losses on Sportsbook markets, Live Casino games, or Slot titles.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or downtime affecting access to the Platform or the placing of bets.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Any event constituting Force Majeure as defined in Section 1.

id098's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

id098 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and real-time odds accuracy, we make no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

id098 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or any other financial crime.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, or any form of collusion.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• The Player voluntarily requests account closure or activates the self-exclusion programme.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to a Player's breach of these Terms, id098 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, cancel pending withdrawals, and void unsettled bets. In cases where closure is at the Player's own request and no Terms breach has occurred, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file within 5 business days.

id098 operates under an internationally recognised offshore gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which id098 holds its gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.

Nothing in this clause prevents id098 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in Indonesia. It is each Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the id098 Platform is lawful in their place of residence. id098 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

id098 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, id098 will notify registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by a change in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the id098 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

The current version of the Terms & Conditions, as displayed on this page with the "Last Updated" date shown at the top, supersedes all previous versions. In the event of any conflict between a previous version and the current version, the current version shall prevail.
